About the role:

Leading the recruitment marketing efforts at Tiger Analytics, you will play a key role in bringing modern marketing strategies to the recruitment process, providing Tiger a competitive edge in finding and attracting quality candidates through various marketing channels. The role will focus on brand awareness, reputation management, social engagement and lead generation—attracting quality candidates that will help the Tiger recruitment team to fill jobs faster and easier. This role will involve a cross functional collaboration between HR, Marcom, Business and Leadership.


The position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a challenging, entrepreneurial, and high-growth environment. You’ll own the Recruitment Marketing planning and execution, working directly with HR, Marcom, leadership and collaborate with multiple functions. The role will evolve as the company grows and explores new avenues of growth. Below are key aspects of the role as we see in the near future.

  • Plan and implement a recruitment marketing strategy to attract high-quality applicants
  • Position the Tiger EVP to external candidates
  • Plan and manage recruitment campaigns (internal & external)
  • Manage and improve all comms through the recruitment process (JDs, Emails, Interviews, Newsletters, etc)
  • Monitor and reach out to online and offline communities/ channels to promote our company and open roles
  • Work on pre + post candidate engagement and experience respectively
  • Work with Employer Branding Team to drive your recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Design and plan recruiting events
  • Manage Alumni Communications
  • Work with HR and Leadership on Campus Connects, Leadership Talks and other interactions with universities/campuses.
  • Apply for key People / Talent / Diversity / Culture / Team Awards
  • Work closely with HR department to develop creative ways for addressing recruitment challenges

Desired Skills, Competencies & Experience:

  • 10+ years in Recruitment Marketing roles, with exposure to several of the above responsibilities preferably in . . . Analytics/Technology/Management consulting industries. Candidates with previous working experience for 10+ years in Recruiting, Human Resources, Marketing or Advertising are also welcomed to apply
  • In-depth knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and candidate’s selection methods
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Superlative relationship-building and project-management skills
  • High levels of “discussion-stamina”, to be able to shape conversations with multiple stakeholders to curate content and activate Recruitment Marketing campaigns
  • Experience in working with external agencies or Recruitment marketing software
