As a Consultant in the Customer Success Team at Tiger Analytics, you will play a fundamental role in reporting and tracking key performance drivers, critical to enhancing the sales pipeline. You will be responsible for creating dashboards and reports leveraging the CRM data, revenue data, and other sources to track and measure sales performance, generate actionable insights, etc.

ü Preferred 2-4 years in sales reporting/analytics/operations, preferably working in the analytics/IT services/related industries
ü Analytics and building compelling executive-level reports and data visualizations
ü Building & maintaining monthly/quarterly/annual sales dashboards & reports
ü Working closely with multiple senior stakeholders to create, deliver and automate timely reports
ü Devising and track key metrics (Sales revenue, lead stage, lead channel, lead domain, etc.)
ü Deriving relevant sales-drivers from sales data
ü Generating accurate, precise, and user-friendly reports and providing actionable insights
ü Contributing to the development of sales strategy, plans, and objectives
ü Determining sales potential and making recommendations.
ü Ad-hoc reporting activities to maximize the sales team performance
ü Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in mathematics/ statistics/ business administration or economics. A Master’s degree in business is a plus
ü Must have a ‘sales-and-growth’ mindset
ü Strong listening and paraphrasing skills.
ü Strong research and data analysis skills.
ü Proficiency in Dashboarding, Data Wrangling, SQL, Microsoft Office (Excel), and CRM software (Zoho). Tableau/any other dashboarding tool knowledge is a plus.
